Client wanted to see compact and
convenient house for the family of three. The site with area of 1500
sq. m. was chosen for the housing in Zonalny village next to Tomsk
city.
Ground floor contains hall, U-shaped staircase leaded to the first
floor, living room, kitchen and a big bathroom with sauna. The
bedroom for elder family member is located on ground floor as well.
The project also provides access from the kitchen onto a spacious
terrace and a backyard.
The first floor plan is simple and laconic. It consists of a small
hall, master bedroom and playroom.
The house was constructed from LVL timber and decorated with
timber frame imitation. A simple palette of materials and natural
colour of stained pine are in harmony with rural environment. |
