The owners of this house bought the land
with its existing foundation in Yakor village next to Tomsk city.
Initially the project was restricted by the existing foundation.

insulation. The multi-texture finish gives volume and expressiveness
to the flat facades. The finishing of the exterior walls consists of
plaster, brick facing and metal facade panels.
Despite the structural restrictions the house has a comfortable open
space.

The ground floor is designed for family recreation.
A living room, a kitchen with its dining area, a bathroom and a
staircase are located around the spacious hall. Access to the garage
and verandah is provided by two exits located five steps down.
There is an exit to the back yard through the open terrace, also. |
