The cottage is located in Zonalny
village next to Tomsk.
This house is constructed from natural LVL timber and has a floor plan similar to a Brick Cottage in Prostorny.
The cottage is located on a spacious site with a garden. The project
also provides a large triple garage and a bath house with pool on
this land.
The two-storey house is designed for a comfortable living for the
family of 3-4 people.
The ground floor contains a staircase hall, spare bathroom,
boiler-room with an access to the terrace and a kitchen with a
dining area. The spacious study can also be used as a guest bedroom.
Also there are three bedrooms, a cloak-room and a big bathroom
upstairs.
The house has a very compact plan and is convenient for building on
