This two-storey holiday home is located
in Vershinino village on high Tom river bank.
The house is built on the basement of the old house that has been
removed.
The basic client’s requirement was the spacious verandah, where it
would be comfortable to play table tennis and enjoy the view on the
river.
The house is constructed from pine bars with brick facing. This
architectural decision fits main concept of the village.
The living room, bathroom, master bedroom and the kitchen with
dining area are located on the ground floor. The first floor is used
mostly as a guest space. It comprises of two spare bedrooms, hall,
bathroom and a big balcony overlook the river. |
