This simple, but stylish eclectic style
cottage is located in Prostorny village not far from Tomsk.
The house is constructed from brick of two different colours and the
outside walls are insulated and decorated with veneer stone.
According to the clients’ request the cottage is located deep in the
site. The project also provides a big triple garage and a bath house
with pool on the allocated site.
The two-storey house is designed to be a comfortable residence for
the family of 3-4 people.
The ground floor contains a staircase hall, a spare bathroom, a
boiler-room with access onto the terrace, a living room and a
kitchen with dining area. The spacious study can also be used as a
guest bedroom.
There are also three bedrooms, a cloak-room and a big bathroom with
a shower upstairs.
The heart of house is the living room with its fireplace, around
which all the family can gather. |
