This family house is located in Klyuchi
village next to Tomsk city.
It was originally designed as a two apartment’s house. The basement
was built according to the old project. After that the situation has
changed and it become necessary to create a new project.
It supposed to be a house for one family built on common basement.
This big family house was constructed from LVL timber stained in
natural colours of pine, oak and teak.
Complex design of pitched roof, massive wood decoration and frequent
dark sash give to laconic facades severity and calmness of northern
home.
Big number of open terraces and balconies provide many opportunities
for summer recreation. Spacious glazed-in verandah and lounge with
high windows help to stay in connect with surrounding landscape in
long cold winters.
The house provides many facilities for recreation, such as a gym
with shower and small sauna, a spacious lounge with fireplace in the
basement and a covered terrace with the barbeque area on the ground
floor.
Big floor area and convenient planning make this house attractive
not only for family living, but also as an accommodation for large
number of friends and relatives, whom the owners are always happy to
