Zonalny suburban settlement is located
in southern part of Tomsk. Earlier Zonalny was a separate
settlement, but now it is becoming part of the city.
Two large sites were allocated for design. The concept design was
created for both of them. The full master plan project was developed
for the site, which was more appropriate for immediately housing.
The project includes all stages of design from a draft to 3D
visualisation.
Small dimensions of sites and houses are caused by the high cost of
land in this area. The project provides three types of residential
houses. The first type is a residential house with a floor area of
95 m2, the second type is a house with a floor area of 115 m2 and
the third type is a house with floor area of 145 m2. Garages are
planned on each site; some sites will also have a bath house.
Public infrastructure includes the entertainment centre with shops
and cafes, community centre and kindergartens.
Good environmental situation, availability of convenient
recreational areas with water basins help to increase the interest
to this development direction of the city. |
