This residential complex is located in
the Eastern suburb, the most promising direction of Tomsk
development. The transport infrastructure growth in this area makes
it attractive for housing.
The project provides 113 individual residential buildings on sites
ranging from 600m2 to 1000 m2 on the allocated area. Several types
of houses were designed for this residential complex. They are
constructed from different materials, such as brick, timber and
concrete, but they all are designed in a common architectural style.
Public infrastructure includes the entertainment and sport complex
with a swimming pool, gyms, saunas, solarium, kid’s club and tennis
courts.
There are also playgrounds, dog exercise areas and recreational
areas for the residents on the site of the complex Zarechny. |
