This residential complex is located on Irkutsky Trakt and Michurina St., major transportation routes with existing area infrastructure.

Residential Complex “Vysotny” is a pioneering project, which promotes the idea of extended height reinforced concrete panel buildings quarter for Tomsk.

The complex consists of five 17-storey, four 14-storey, four 10-storey and one 21-storey apartment buildings with public facilities included. This architectural decision helps to increase recreational and re-vegetation areas and numbers of playgrounds.

The dominant building is the 21-storey skyscraper located on the intersection of Irkutsky Trakt and Michurina St.

Public infrastructure includes a service station, shops, cafes, offices, kid’s club and two 5-level parking buildings.

When the project started, special attention was paid to young and mobile customers who are interested in acquiring modest accommodation. Especially designed for such residents, a big number of small apartments are available, starting from as small as 43 sq.m.
