This premium class suburban residential
complex “Silver Forest” is located next to Zhuravlevo village 7 km
from Kemerovo.
Good transport accessibility makes this location very comfortable
for permanent occupation. The village is designed as a closed and
secured area.
Due to the irregular shape of the allocated site, it was possible to
design an interesting master plan. The compositional axis of the
residential complex is the main recreational area. Wide pedestrian
boulevard with landscape design includes arbours, benches,
artificial ponds, flower gardens, sculptures and other landscape
elements.
The project provides three types of individual residential houses
with floor areas from 320 m2 to 550 m2. There are also two townhouse
blocks on this land. Every block consists of fifteen apartments with

The residential complex area is situated in a native forest with

maximum conservation of the existing forest and planting of new
