This residential quarter is located on
Komsomolsky Ave, the most important transport route for Tomsk and on
the bank of the Ushaika River, which is the major recreational area.
The unique location makes the quarter very attractive for living.
The skyline of the quarter is formed by buildings of different
heights (10 - 17 floors) sharing a common style. The composition is
achieved by unified colour palette and decoration as well.
The simplicity of the building architecture and natural colours of
the finishing materials are in harmony with the environment.
Public infrastructure includes a kindergarten, shops, cafes, offices
and two underground 2-level parking areas.
Every apartments building has a public yard with a recreational area
and playgrounds.
The project expects construction of the dam and placing a large
exercise area on the current Ushaika’s river floodplain. |
