This village project was designed
especially for feasibility studies of object location on rural lands
in Kaltay settlement in Tomsk district.
Three variants of the master plan were developed for the allocated
site. The compositions of the master plan are dependant on the shape
of the site. The site is surrounded by the forest and isolated from
noisy highways.
Each variant of the master plan contains three or four types of
residential houses with a different floor area.
The public infrastructure is provided by a sports complex, a
shopping centre and a community centre. |
