This small village is situated in unique landscape on the high Tom river bank.

Selected area has good transport accessibility and a private location at the same time. The village is designed as a closed and secured area.

Due to the irregular shape of the allocated site, it was possible to design an interesting master plan composition.

The public facilities such as a shopping centre and a community centre with a restaurant are located along the highway.

The main street of the village is formed by townhouses with small sites allocated for every apartment.
Residential houses with a floor area of 250 m2 are placed along the side streets. Larger houses with a floor area from 350 m2 to 450 m2 are located along the cliff and have a beautiful view of the river.

There are recreational areas with fountains and playgrounds on the village site. The long stepped path leads down to the river beach.

The project proposes maximum conservation of the existing forest. Yard areas are separated only by green hedges. It gives a feeling of unity with nature, which is so attractive in suburban life.
