For the graduation project of a residential complex I selected an area with run-down low-rise residential buildings in the Cheremoshniki suburb of Tomsk. This suburb is one of the most important directions for Tomsk’s development.

The project provides a design of the residential complex with multistorey apartment buildings and well-developed public infrastructure in this area.

The graphical part of the Graduation Project includes transport routes design, functional partitioning and master plan. Two types of apartment buildings architecture and detailed apartment’s floor plans design were also developed for this project.

The Graduation Project was accepted on 17/06/2004 by the University commission with an excellent mark.
