This village concept was designed for
feasibility studies of object location on rural lands in Anikino
settlement not far from Tomsk.
This project also participated in the pan-Russian competition of
suburban settlement solutions.
The master plan of the village was designed considering the best use
of the land allocated for development.
The master plan compositional centre is the church, which is located
on a big circular area at the intersection of two main streets. The
main streets are formed with multi-storey apartment buildings with
shops and offices on the ground floors.
The residential buildings are mostly low-rise. The project provides
three types of residential houses. The first type is a single-storey
residential house with a floor area of 120 m2, the second type is a
two-storey house with a floor area of 280 m2 and the third type is a
townhouse with an apartment floor area of 160 m2.
The village has all necessary facilities. There are two
kindergartens, a school for 500 children with a swimming pool, a
community centre and a health clinic.
Although the site of the village is directly adjacent to a major
highway and has three entries, the village is surrounded by forest
and is an isolated place. |
