The project provides conceptual view of
a multifunctional apartment complex with public facilities. The
allocated site is located on Komsomolsky Ave, which is one of the
largest transportation routes of Tomsk.
The object is comprised of three tall apartment buildings connected
by a common stylobate, inside of which there are shopping and
entertainment centres, maintenance services and a multi-storey
parking lot. |
